Has anyone told you how great you looked while or after you were sick as a dog?
It's a strange experience. You kinda want to say thanks, but it can also be disorienting.

Whenever I was sick, and people told me that my weight loss looked great, it made me want to get sick again, so I could lose weight. It sounds insane because it is. Of course, these weren't conscious thoughts until I became aware of all the silent, debilitating beliefs below the surface.

I made a video about Weight-loss/Sickness praise because I haven't heard anyone talk about this phenomenon.
