Marla Mervis-Hartmann, the creator of "Love Your Body, Love Yourself”, guides women toward embracing self-acceptance.

Her personal journey, marked by struggles with food, exercise, and body confidence, underwent a transformation fueled by self-compassion. Today, she empowers people to cherish their bodies, make nourishing lifestyle choices, and nurture self-assurance.

Marla's commitment extends to Ai Pono, an Eating Disorder Recovery Center, where she offers Body-Love Reiki Circles. She's also known for her impactful work as a Reiki Master and Body Image Expert at Journey Malibu, a Drug and Alcohol rehabilitation center. Additionally, Marla has graced the stage at TEDx Salinas.

With a strong dedication to women's studies encompassing sexual wellness, postpartum care, pelvic floor support, tantra and yoga instruction, massage therapy, and lifestyle coaching, Marla aspires to inspire women as they pursue their desired lives.

Currently residing in Maui with her family, Marla works as a full-time professional coach, speaker, facilitator, and Living Light Reiki Master.
