Hey friend, just sitting here enjoying my ice cream and thinking of you.
Have you been having a tough time with food lately?
I want you to know you’re not alone. Remember when I told you about my own struggles? Yeah, that guilt still pops up sometimes, even now.
But here’s the thing - I’ve learned that feeling guilty doesn’t mean I have to let it control me. It’s just a feeling, and feelings come and go.
When that guilt creeps in, I try to:
Take a deep breath
Remind myself that I deserve to enjoy food
Focus on how good it tastes and how it makes me feel
It’s not always easy, but it gets better with practice.
You’re doing great, and I’m proud of you for working on this.
