Years ago, exercise was one of the ways I beat my body up. If I ate too much, I would over-exercise. I wouldn’t listen to my body asking for rest and would push myself through intensely challenging exercise routines.
Now, I experience movement as a big part of self-care.
Mornings at the Hartmann house is full of exercising, moving and grooving. This week I’m introducing my husband Olaf Hartmann.
