How to Change your Food WITHOUT activating your eating disorder or diet mind

Recently, I have been challenged with some health issues. Because of this I am making changes with my food.

YIKES! No one wants to let go of their favorite foods... especially not me!

When I looked at the food I was going to have to let go of (not forever) I started to get super nervous. My mind was saying " DANGER!! You are going to starve!" and then immediately my mind got excited. "Maybe I'll lose weight!!"

WHOA!!!!!!  It was time to slow down. Both of these thoughts lead to a downward spiral.
